What resolution?

Assuming no CPU limitation and 1920x1080 resolution, probably a GTX 1050 ti

What's your budget? Location?

Why 7700 over an 8400 or 8600 or even a Ryzen chip?

yes it can be overclocked.

 

is 35000 INR your budget for an entire PC? or just for the graphics card?

 

It its just for the graphics card, i'd get at least a GTX 1070ti.

Well according to Amazon India the 7700 is more expensive than the 7700K and both are about 10K INR more than the 8400.

 

8400 + B360 board + 2x4GB DDR4 RAM + GTX 1050Ti would suit you well if you want Intel

or

Ryzen 1400 or 1200 + B350 board + 2x4GB DDR4 RAM + GTX 1050Ti would be good for a Ryzen build

If you don't mind playing at 30 frames you could max out every game with a 1050Ti, that some might not hit even 30 is a different story there
