BitTorrent Sync to iDevice

Hey everyone,

 

I just started using Sync and I am loving it so far!  I do have a few questions that hopefully you could clarify for me.  Right now I have three desktops connected and my iPad.  So here are my questions:

 

1.) Are the folders I sync with my iDevice being saved or stored on it?

 

2.) Lets say I have a video synced up already.  How do I open it? I realize that you click on it and "Open With" one of the listed Apps but that does not seem to work.  Clicking save does not seem to work either.  The only thing that does is previewing it, but no playback controls are enabled.
