The screws should be available at any local computer store, or ebay, or amazon, or the maker of the case...

As mentioned before, those are just screws and can be easily replaced. You should check your case's accessory box because it might have some replacement screw.

If it does then, you can just take those to a store and get some or, just go online and buy some. They are called thumbscrews.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.
