PC restarting itself while playing CSGO

Let me describe my problem, when I'm playing CSGO, not in the menu, when I join a game, after some time (few minutes) the pc reboots itself. No BSOD or any error, everything just turns off and on again. This is weird as it only happens in CSGO, I've tried to run stress tests on the cpu and gpu at the same time for 10+ minutes, nothing happens. I've also tried rolling back graphics drivers, reinstalling drivers, even reinstalled windows but no luck. I swapped out my motherboard two weeks ago because of a lightning struck it dead, but other parts should be fine, initially the first few days after I replaced it there were no issues, but a few days later this happened, here's my specs

 

CPU : i5 6500

MOBO : Gigabyte H170 gaming 3

GPU : Leadtek GTX 1060 3GB

PSU : Cooler Master G750M

Drives : HyperX 120/240GB(I forgot) SSD

Seagate Barracuda 1TB

Ram : Naked Kingston 8GB 2133 DDR4
