This is the pc parts I am planning to get.

ASROCK B360M HDV

HDD WD 1TB SATA 3 64MB BLUE

INTEL G4560 3.5GHZ 3MB 1151

PALIT NVIDIA GTX1050 STORM 2GB

RAM 2X8GB DDR4 2400 KINGSTON H

SSD ADATA SU800 128GB 3D

ZALMAN T3 NOPSU

RAIDMAX RX-400XT

Total: $733  -  600 euro

This is the total price in my country.

I want to get components good enough for it's price - a budget pc. I am not sure if it's worth to get gtx 1050 ti instead of gtx 1050. Is the PSU enough for that configuration? I saw that the minimum watts which are written on video card description are 300W so I saw that it's better to get around 100W more.

Is the configuration good at all? And is there a better configuration for around the same price?

Assuming it's for gaming.

You're spending way too much on the RAM. Get 2x4GB instead. Get one that's ≥2800 MHz.

The CPU is not compatible with the motherboard. Change the CPU to the 1200/2200G and the motherboard to a B350 board.

Instead of getting a fire hazard for a PSU, get one that won't kill your components and that won't start a fire. Depending on what's available, CX450/M, Pure Power 10 400W or Vengeance 400W.

Get the 1050 Ti if you can, it performs quite a bit better than the 1050.

:)
