USB devices randomly disconnect and pc randomly restarts

Hi all,

My dad's pc has had a couple of issues for a while. His pc often gives him a BSOD mid work (he doesn't recall the error), and all USB devices that are connected to it just randomly disconnect and reconnect (he said sometimes driver issues pop up). I tried installing a fresh copy of windows, checking for loose connections on the motherboard, pretty much everything that came to my mind without success.

PC specs: fx-6300, Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3, gtx-750ti, 12 gb ddr3 ram 1600mhz (I think)

Go into your reliability history, find any red or yellow warnings, open them up and copy/paste what they say here.

(hit start, type reliability history).

Sorry for the late reply; I was busy with my final exams.

There were a bunch of red warnings, some were unexpected system reboots, but here are a few from the last couple of weeks that had some info:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x000000b500190637, 0xffffd001a47b30e8, 0xffffd001a47b28f0, 0xfffff80148a83e50). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 051318-7734-01.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000109 (0xa3a01f59572bf646, 0xb3b72bdfa9ab2d45, 0xfffff8018f6e5db0, 0x0000000000000001). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 042918-7328-01.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000109 (0xa3a01f5a5688b5c0, 0x0000000000000000, 0x114c33e36663ac2b, 0x0000000000000101). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 042818-7671-01.
