Yesterday i was using my Laptop as usual, the audio was working but today i found that not only the Recon 3di doesn't work now it doesn't show up on the device manager. so i uninstalled the driver reboot and reinstalled again but didn't work so i tried it again now i can't install the driver 'cause for some reason (Win f***ng 10) the installshield wizard just before 100% rolls back and shows me a message like this "The wizard was interrupted before Sound Blaster Recon3Di could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete the installation at another time, please run setup again". i can live whitout my RGB keyboard (another problem i have but whatever...) but my audio.

I have had similar issues on my Lenovo X1 Carbon about a month or so ago using Windows 10.

The solution was to delete the latest OS updates (I've had 2 of them, one of them caused the issue), and it worked just fine.

You should give this a try and see if it works for you. (I've seen a lot of problems emerge from Windows 10 updates when I was troubleshooting myself)
