New to PC

I have not used a PC since 2007 when I got my own laptop. I have started a new chapter in my life where I am starting a video editing job and content creation. I use the Adobe CC as my editing software of choice. I have no idea on what to pick for the internals of the pc. I have narrowed my choices to 2 from Adorama.com and 1 from my local craigslist. They will be listed below.  I have a budegt of $1,000 for the computer.

 

Option 1

Acer Chassis GX-785-UR18 Gaming Tower, Intel Core i7-7700 3.6GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Geforce GTX 1060 3GB, Windows 10 Home

 

Option 2

CyberPowerPC GLC5202OPT Gamer Xtreme Liquid Cool Desktop Computer, Intel i7+ 8700K 3.7GHz, 16GB RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD RX 580 4GB, 16GB M.2 PCIe NVMe Intel Optane Memory Accelerator, Windows 10 Home

 

Option 3

PC Ryzen 5 1600~GTX 1060 6GB~1TB HDD~8GB RAM~RBG~B350~400c~VR

 

I need this pc soon, as within 2 weeks, for that is when I start my new job. So please, I need the help.

Please ignore option 2, I didn't look at the price. After looking at the prices again option 2 exceeds my budget.

Option 2 is clearly superior, but how can that fit in the budget?

Option 2 is best overall.

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.
