I do game too :)

In late february I'm upgrading :) First time will try to full pc myself, not only upgrade cpu or ram

Monitors:

I would like to use 2x 27" monitors + my wacom cintiq 24" HD Touch
Also in addition to these, would be super awesome use HDMI to TV at the same time!

So 3-4 Screens

Budget:

MAX 9-10k USD (im from EU, so parts are +21%VAT)

Part List:

What do you think about this?

CPU: Intel Core i7-4930K

CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12P SE2

Motherboard: ASRock X79 EXTREME11

Ram: 2x DDR3 Corsair Dominator GT 32GB (4x8GB) 1866MHz

GPU: 1-2x GIGABYTE TITAN OC

SysSSD: 500GB 840 EVO SAMSUNG

HDD: 4x raid 10 - SEAGATE HDD Desktop Barracuda 7200 (3.5",2TB,64MB,SATA III-600)

PSU: Corsair AX1200i Digital 1200W, 80 Plus Platinum

Case: Fractal Design Define XL R2 Black Pearl

Case fans: 4x Noctua NF-A14 FLX

Monitors: 2x Asus LED PA279Q 27''

Misc

Though i would like to use the 10bit color support for those Asus monitors, and would get for example Quadro K4000, I'm not sure if i can only use K4000 for color, and titan for performance in my apps & games

Anyway, looking forward for your tips, thanks!

Happy holidays!

Just as Jake said above me, it would be better if you shared a budget.  So if you could, that would be great.  Right now I can only give you advice on which parts are sufficient.  Personally, I would prefer to not get the 4930K as I do not like LGA 2011 (prefer a 4770K), but maybe it is personal preference.  So you could keep that if you want the extra memory and the 6 cores.  Also, you really should go for at least a 120GB SSD.  Booting and overall usability is just so much more smooth.  Also, it would make your key programs a lot faster and is guaranteed to speed up your render times.  You could even use a couple SSDs to use as a "scratch disk."  Regarding graphics, if you do not do too much gaming, go for a workstation class card.  Otherwise, I guess the Titans are the best bet if you plan to game a lot.   Everything overall looks pretty good.  But, please make sure you get an SSD or two.

AMD FX-8350 Asus M5A-99X R2.0 EVO Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3 (9-9-9-24 @1600MHz) - Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 (OC 1000MHz) - Corsair TX-650

Corsair H100i Fractal Design R4 Razer Black Widow Ultimate 2013 MadCatz R.A.T. 7 WD Caviar Black 2TB and Samsung 840 120GB

Edit: maybe change those seagate drives to WD red.

Haha, sure but its a loan :) Well i saw that, but he just renders on titan, not all the apps let do stuff on the other card.
