GPU?

Im building my first gaming PC. I want to future proof it so I'm going with the Intel core i7 8700k for on the Asus Z370-E. I know  graphics cards are high so I want something to hold me down for now atleast. Would the GeForce 1060 6gb hold me down for now? I know it will hold back the cpu but I just want something to start off. Good or bad choice? Any reccomendations?

Well what is your budget? Going with a cheaper processor may allow your budget to something like a 1070/ti or a 1080

I'd Say around 1400. Would the Intel i5 8600k be good for the 1070ti?

I can put something together.  I honestly think you could go with ryzen in this case, as you can pair a 1080 and a ryzen 1600/2600 with it rather than an i5 and a 1070.

it's an good fit, though i'd go 8700 instead of the 8600k. which country? need os/monitor/peripherals?
