Hello,

The other day, my computer randomly disconnected from the internet and is now unable to reconnect. In fact it's unable to show me any available networks in my desktop. Which is weird because when I reboot and go onto the lock screen, on the bottom right there is a network button. It shows available networks but doesn't let me connect to mine. I run the network troubleshooter, and it says the issue is that I am not connected to a network.

When I go in to device manager, it doesn't show any issues with my WiFi card. I have a TPLink WDN4800. This card technically doesn't support Windows 10 I believe, but I have been using it perfectly fine since I got it last August.

There's another page I go to, which is the Network Connections page (Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections). In here it shows my WiFi card. It also says Not Connected, as well as a red X besides the green network bars. When I right click it, it allows me to disable it, but the status button is greyed out. Also, in the properties box it says it is working properly, and that the drivers are up to date. I am very confused.

I have tried a few things after various Googling attempts, but to no avail. The things I've tried consists of some cmd commands, enabling network discovery, and doing something in the services which I can't remember. I've also taken my brothers which works, and installed it into my computer. Nothing changed, so this means the issue is with my computer.

I have a TP Link WDN4800 network card and Windows 10, and I am unable to run an Ethernet cable to my desktop so that is out of the picture. Also all of this happened unexpectedly. Nothing was changed at all that I know of.

Thank you all for any possible suggestions, and for your time.
