Sub $1,000AUD Build - Anything I could do better?

Anything I could do better in this sub $1,000 Australian Dollar build? https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/qhw3ZR

* I'm spec'ing this up for a friend of mine

* Just looking to achieve 1080p at ultra details - 60 FPS however he may be looking to get a higher Hz monitor in the near future

* Mostly FPS type games

* Looking to just use a used GTX780Ti ~ around $200 to $230 AUD

I just realized that I will have to bring the price down a bit as the GPU will be somewhere between $200 ~ $230
