Windows Update won't revert changes

See if you can factory reset the machine somehow or get a USB drive with win 7 or win 10 and reinstall windows. wait though as im far from a genius and others probably have better solutions. you can probably recover files by plugging the HDD or SSD into another pc and salvaging them.

 

id wait till tomorrow or browse online to find other solutions.
