I have the basic geforce 660 ti and want to add a new cooler and REALLY want the Zalman VF3000N, but it only supports the 570 and 580. Does this fit my 660 ti?

If you mean the vf3000F, then no it won't fit, the heatsink you get with it is a full block which is made specifically for a certain card, hence why there are 2 version of it on the zalman site (one for 570/580/480, other one for 470/465)

About the cooler alone, no idea if you can get it to fit, i think you won't be able to fit the cooler since it might be blocked by the dvi connector

I think only artic cooling has aftermarket air coolers for your card,

http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga/375/accelero-twin-turbo-ii.html

http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga/554/accelero-xtreme-iii.html

http://www.arctic.ac/en/p/cooling/vga/569/accelero-hybrid.html?c=2182

These all work on your card and are basicly pretty much silent, but evrything apart from the hybrid cooling will look insanely big campared to your card

For example the twin turbo II looks like this

Watercooling wise you could get something like this
