Facebook Streaming

Hello

I would love some help for a friend of mine. I'm very new to steaming as I live in Australia and our upload speed never use to be good enough to live stream or even upload videos. They want to stream on their Facebook group via Facebook live and do nail salon instruction videos from home. They don't have a big budget. Their laptop (specs below) isn't powerful enough to live stream through OBS and use CPU encoding and have the option of using any hdmi camera (dslr). I have tried using AverMedia C875 Live Gamer Portable but neither the AVerMedia RECentral or the LGP Stream Engine show up as an option through Firfox or Chrome. They would also need a good mic as it is an instruction video. I was looking at the blue yeti unless you guys can think of a cheaper option. Again noobie streamer here lol

 

What would you guys recommend? Thanks for your time.

Geforce GT 520M (Doesn't support NVENC in OSB)

 

Internet Speed

50Mb/s x 20Mb/s (Facebook only support 720p at 4Mb/s)
