So I overclocked my ryzen 1600 to 3.9 and 1.35v and for someone reasons whenever I go to check what speed the CPU is running it keeps giving me 1.35 and the system knows that the new base clock is 3,9. did I forget to do somthing while overclocking or is this pretty normal? Also When running an aids64 my CPU never actually fully stresses it like 35% utilization

nope. thats only if you disable speed step/downclocking

thats got to do with how some ryzen motherboards overclock.

Im using cpu z and taskmanager to check they both give the same number. Also do I have to disable step down overclocking?
