1st build help !

Hello guys ,
i have decided to switch from console to pc ... I have the basic knowledge about computers and builds but need your help in picking the right parts for the budget .. that is 2500 $ i am looking for a machine that can run games at 4k ... help will be appreciated . THANKS!

Also, if you hunt for the deals, you may be able to pick some of these parts up for a little less than the prices on PC part picker depending on the day/week.
