HELP: ultrawide ui issue with streaming

So heres a bit of a back story, i've been streaming for a while now and have accumulated 1,300 followers but anyway thats not the point. I have been playing in windowed as a have a ultrawide, which is no big deal for most games but for some competitive fps games its a issue as the sensitivity feels slightly different in ultrawide, i would stream in ultrawide but then people can't see the HUD and things, is there any way to make the hud stay 16:9 while playing in ultrawide? I figured there might be a thing that people use for surround setups otherwise you would have to turn your head so much. Anyway just thought i'd ask
