I'm looking to do a Ryzen APU build and have an old xbox 360 slim lying around. I was wondering if anyone on here has built in a 360 slim before because I haven't managed to find any builds in it yet? I'm thinking a itx mobo and sfx powersuppy should do but if anyone has any suggests or have done I build in one themselves I'd love to see it!

The reason no one has done it is because you would have to custom make a bracket to hold the motherboard as well as the psu would be too small to fit inside which is why the 360 had an external power supply. It be cool if you did the build but it would require a lot of effort and also cooling would be terrible because if you can even find a cpu cooler that fits its going to be really small.

System Specs

CPU: I7-5820k   MOBO:Asus X99 strix   RAM: 32gb corsair Dominator Platinum 2666mhz   GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming 980TI  PSU: Corsair RM1000i

better look for TFX or smaller - also, you'd have to do some serious modding.

the ryzen stock cooler would probably be too tall as well.

but it makes for an interesting project. pictures please.
