GTA 5 Stuttering.

Hi guys, i have bought gta 5 for my pc as it can run it but on low resolution which i dont mind. But the major downside to this is the i am getting 30-80FPS but the game is stuttering or either lag spiking. I rember it running well on windows 7 so i installed windows 7 but now its still doing the same. Could somebody resolve this?

 

I have:

Pentium G4400

GTX 1050

12GB RAM

Yea, GTA V is pretty CPU heavy so I agree KenjiUmino there.

Maybe try turning down a lot of other settings and see where you get.
After all, resolution is just one setting.

GTA V has a lot of settings to mess with so have at er.
