Worth it switching keyboards?

Go to solution Solved by AnonymousGuy,

I have 6 mechanical keyboards in my closet because I went through a fettish where I was trying every single kind of switch in various keyboard configurations (my favorite right now is 82/84 key boards).   That's on top of having the ability to desolder switches and solder in different ones (because I couldn't buy a board with MX White or MX linear gray switches).  Fun bonus fact: right now I'm trying out a RGB 82 key board with clone super-light black switches.  I think I prefer the clone switches more than the MX ones.

So my advice would be to just buy a cheap board with MX Brown switches from a place that'll let you return if you don't like.  Try it out for a few days.

I bought a Corsair K70 RAPIDFIRE RGB with MX Speed switches about 6 months ago. I really like the keyboard's aluminum body and media keys as well as lighting, butg have come to dislike the switches as they are very easy to mistype on because of the small actuation distance and lack of tactile feedback. I want to switch to MX Browns but not sure if it's really worth it to resell this keyboard (I've kept it in good condition and it's clean) and buying the same model in the MX Brown model. Is it worth it or should I just keep previously said keyboard? I have the money but not sure what exactly what course of action to take.
