Best 7970 for overclocking?

So I'm building a new gaming pc with 1 7970 in it (watercooled by a thick 480mm rad) and can any of u guys reccomend me the best card for overclocking? I have no idea if there is any difference between the brands lol so that's why I'm asking for advise :)

I would get the MSI R7970 Lightning Radeon HD 7970 card because this has a dual fan heatsink and unlocked voltage.
