yes but like I want it to hold like 3 hrs min like that will be better.

Thank you very much for your help.

Welcome. If you need something that can last long (durability, reliability), Thinkpad T and X series comes to my mind. Personally I'll suggest T480/T580, good upgradability, good build quality and insane battery life. However you're stuck with KBL-R CPU and MX150 GPU while there are laptops with faster CPU and GPU. You can consider laptops with CFL-H CPU like XPS 15 9570 or even gaming laptops like Clevo P950EP6/P950ER.

Thanks for your hard work, I really apperciate it.

I want to ask which one is better Lenovo 480s or 480. I dont think dell xps 15 2018 is out right?

I am now thinking of Clevo P950ER what do you think, it's 1070 very good.

Thanks

Both have their own pros and cons. Personally I prefer T480 non S. You can compare them with Notebookcheck reviews. XPS 15 9570 isn't out yet but around the corner.

P950ER has good build quality and cooling, although there are gaming laptops with better cooling since P950 has a thin profile which makes thermals worse. If you want better thermals, buy from resellers that offers aftermarket repaste (even LM). Battery life can last 3 hours in normal usage. Keep in mind that the 1070 is the Max-Q variant which has about 20% less performance compared to a regular 1070N.
