Interesting looking case, never actually seen one of those before.
I'd recommend buying a new CPU cooler. Intel stock coolers are a bit dull looking, and will probably give a good aesthetics change judging by the case layout. Will also have the added benefit of running cooler and possibly being more quiet.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

yeah I was thinking maybe noctua l9x65 as an aio is overkill, theres also a cooler height limit of 82mm so I am limited for options.

That's tight spacing! Really limited to small form factor coolers, but I guess that's just a sacrifice you have to make with such a case.
I think it would look better with a air cooler than an AIO with tubing running across the case, but that's just my personal opinion. You would only be able to fit a 120mm AIO in there anyway, so it won't be much better in terms of cooling performance anyway.

That noctua cooler would be good, and will offer really good noise-temp performance.
Another option, if you're hoping to go with a black fan to match the rest of the case, would be the ShadowRock LP from BeQuiet which is priced about the same as the Noctua.

It's 75mm high, so should be clear in that aspect, but it has a 120mm fan instead of the 92mm fan that the Noctua cooler has, and as such is a lot wider, so you will need to check that it won't interfere with things like RAM, rear IO, and the fan next to it.
