Best Android under £160

iiNNeX

Hey guys

I need to buy an Android phone for work to use as a demo devices for our Mobile Device Management software. I am looking for a second hand android phone and currently the price range I have is between £140-£160.

The best I found so far was Samsung Galaxy S6 in grade A condition. Is there anything better/faster/more reliable for the money or should I go with that?

Cheers

Needs to be UK based, and need it within like 1-2 days, so whatever is on UK Ebay (with 12 month warranty).

Is there a particular requirement on what the phone has or does? I own my now ex-work Samsung S6 and I never liked the Samsung interface for example. It felt like it was always fighting the Google apps.

It is slightly over budget but earlier this year I got a Xiaomi Mi A1, currently starting around £165 UK source ebay. Main reason for choosing this was it is close to stock android.

No requirements, basically just has to be a popular android phone that I can showcase with our software. I managed to snag a deal on an S6 Edge refurbished with warranty for £140 so we ll see if this seller turns out to be decent, if that fails I ll look at the Mi A1. Thanks mate

If you need popular, maybe not Xiaomi then as I don't think they were ever officially sold here. It's more a phone for more cost sensitive markets.

There's nothing bad with the S6 range other than me preferring stock Android, so they are a good representation of when they were around maybe a couple years ago? Mine does have a bulging back cover, suspected bulging battery, which is why I got a replacement and could keep it (for a donation to charity). Replacement batteries are cheap enough.
