is the Ram OCd? If so, run it at stock 2133mhz speeds and test. You likely need to turn the speeds down to achieve stability. Chances are, the memory kit is not validated for your Motherboard.

Overclocked it about 6 months ago, it ran without any problems, all of my games started to crash all of a sudden,

I also tried re-installing Nvidia drivers, but it still crashes.

Take it back to stock and run MemTest again, but this time do it one stick at a time. If you still get errors, RIP.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

this is typical to rookies messing with ram

rule 1, if u dont know what ur doing with ram, dont mess with it... ram tweaking isnt even a matter of increasing mhz... because mhz / cas cancels eachother out

if u wish to tweak, better tweak secondary timings in the first place, to avoid data corruption and to ensure 100% stability, unless u can do the math between all of em  ( cas + ras to cas + ras precharge = tras   ect )

How long should I be running these tests?

Thanks

a minimum of 24hours memtest

a minimum of 24hours prime95 ( custom setting filling all ur ram )  , crashes can occur after 15-17hours still, even if both memtest + prime pass it can be unstable, its ram and instability on ram is hard to detect if u dont know what to look for

Go through 1 pass with each stick alone. If you don't get errors, put both sticks in and do 5-ish passes, which might take a day.

I recently had RAM issues, with the exact same symptoms, my games would play fine for about 30 minutes and would then just crash; but mine were not OC'd.

I was running the tests for overnight and while at work, so the tests lasted a minimum of 8 hours but up 10 14 hours. I was running it for this long as I was finding that just a few passes wasn't finding any errors. But then later passes would show hundreds or errors (predominantly in tests 5, 7 & 8).

I tried some known good RAM from my work's IT department, tested that for the same length of time and they showed no errors. So I knew it was my RAM, replaced it and now I can play games for hours again without any issues.

On a side note, MemTest86 should show NO errors. Any errors, even just 1 or 2, is a fail and would be a sign of faulty RAM. It's not a slide scale of goodness.
