Does anybody know of a program that makes it so that if I open Spotify, it makes all other programs quiet?

I like to listen to music and game sometimes and I do this manually but it would just be easier if I had a program to do it for me.

Kind of a short question, I did try to search but the only things that came up were for when Spotify was being made quieter.

Thanks everybody:D

This is technically another manual way to do it, but a faster one. Don't even have to download any third-party programs.

I've been doing that, just was hoping there was a program already made that does it because if not I'll try to code one myself but that may be dangerous haha
