Simple laptop cooling dock?

This may already exist but I haven't seen it, yet.

 

What if laptops had sockets that reach the heat sink? Then conductive rods from a dock could leach away heat directly.

 

... and yes ... I have seen the Asus water cooling one. I am talking about more regular every day laptops.
