Windows 10 File Explorer Clutter

Anyone know of a way to remove quick access and "OneDrive" from file explorer that doesn't involve modifying registry keys? Besides, I already tried that method, they end up coming back when windows explorer restarts.

There are utilities that make the same changes, but realistically they just change the registry the same way you say you've already tried.

 

They shouldn't return after a restart of Explorer unless the keys weren't removed properly (or you have "security" software undoing the changes you make).

 

If you're asking if you can remove those entries from within Windows (a setting or something), the answer is no unfortunately. The changes to the registry are the only method.

You can remove one drive by just unistalling it and using the web client. You can remove everything from quick access and then it is a lot cleaner.#

This is my one now
