How to clone a dynamic system drive

Can someone plz help me I tested my system drive and its minimum is 6mb an average of 60

I have an SSHD that is around 2 times faster and I want to move my system to that drive

my problem is that my system drive is dynamic and every software that I've tested cant clone a dynamic drive or it cost a lot of money which I don't have

if anyone know what to do please help
