cpu fan control

i recently got a new cpu for my computer and its sitting a 70 degrees idle while the utilisation is in the 20 -30 how can i get my cpu temps uncontroll, im bricking it because i dont want my cpu to die really quickly

amd athlon x4 860k 

8gb hyperx ram 

radeon hd 7770 2gb 

 

1 rear case fan corsair and the cpu fan, my gpu is sitting at 34 degrees while cpu is high im using stock thermal paste

for fan curve you have to get software from motherboard site.

as for getting the cpu temp down I suggest something like the corsair H50 or H80

i have thermal paste installed and i have installed it correctly, the cpu fan is also spinning
