HomeGroup indeed.

Second thing to check would be sharing settings.

Third option could be firewall.

Does it have to be via a wire? Otherwise you could use something like Samba to transfer files and things.

@shahab99110 Check that your firewall is setup correctly (check both computers)

 

Open the RUN prompt (hold the Windows key + R on your keyboard)

type ;

wf.msc

 

Check the Inbound Rules and Outbound Rules, make sure that the “File and Printer Sharing” rules are set to “Allowed” and that they are enabled.
