pc keeps restarting help me

recently my pc has started restarting or more kinda doing a crash boot anytime its under load if i start a game it will boot if i do anything that puts load on the cpu it just restarts. this is probably an easy fix but im not smart 

also csgo seems to be very weird on my pc as i can barely push 60 on low setting but i used to get near 200 on high any help on either would be amazing thank you

Probably should start out by giving us some information about your PC.

I've had the same problem and it turned out to be a bad PSU. When did it start and has it been happening for frequently? Wha are your PC specs?

What are your specs? Does the issue occur when using onboard graphics(If you have them)? How old are your parts?

Yea, probably the power supply but list your specs anyways so we can check it over.

it started happen recently as i stopped using thr pc for a while and psu is a cx 430m i forgot that haha
