USB C Front Panel

I am looking for a female USB C to standard USB 3.0 motherboard header, but cannot find one. I have found something similar: https://www.amazon.com/Cablecc-Header-Type-C-Female-Extension/dp/B0755DDD9B but it isn’t the 3.0 header (I am using the H370N). Do they exist? What would this piece of tech be called? I’m googling random relevant words, so maybe that’s the issue

What would be the point of using it since it will just lower the speed back down to 5Gbps?

If your asking what I think you are, no. USB Type C uses USB 3.1, not 3.0. You'd need a 3.1 header to use USB type C
