M.2 and HDD won't show up on BIOS

Guest

Hello, so I recently built my brother a PC but when I went into the storage configuration on the bios, it didn't recognize any drives at all. I already installed a Samsung 860 EVO 250 GB M.2, and a WD Blue 1TB. No sign of any storage devices. Even when I try to run the Windows 10 Setup both drives don't appear on where you can install windows to. Any suggestions? He's really eager to play on it but it's not working yet. Here's his mobo: https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157759&cm_re=asrock_fatalitry-_-13-157-759-_-Product and his whole parts list: https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/zqX3tg

Thanks

Try to boot to the BIOS and check if it's in IDE mode or AHCI mode. That could cause some drives not to show up.

Looking at the board by clicking the link, there are no IDE connectors.
