Hi guys. I'm new to this forum. I just picked all my parts for my $1000 pc build. This is going to be a non gaming pc build, so no graphics card. Please suggest any changes if required. NOTE: I have not yet selected the cpu cooler. I want one, which will last me 4-5 years. I have selected these two cpu coolers:
. Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML120 RGB Cooler
.Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU Cooler (Red)
Also, I do not want a copy of windows 10, as I have already bought one.

For office and workstation use. I'm not going to play games on it, as I already have a gaming laptop. And my budget is 1000$

An 8700k for office work is way overpowered, and for workstation use is pretty pointless without a dGPU.

But, as I said earlier, I want the pc to last at least 4-5 years. Hence I had chosen the i7-8700k

A good Quad-core CPU will last you a decade, just look at Core2, the Q6600 is STILL being used in gaming, which is more intensive in most cases.
