Sli bridge help

Okay guys i have a crosshair VII hero motherboard, and a gpu, my other one is on its way but how many slots should my sli bridge support?

The bridge comes with the motherboard and supports as many as the motherboard can support. In this case, it's two cards and the spacing is two slots.
