Android MMS issues

So my phone is a Pixel, 2016 edition. Basically my issue is that I cannot send or receive multimedia messages (Long characters of text or pictures or video of any kind)

Looking at the access point names, this was a verizon phone. I bought it off of a guy locally. My current provider is called Bluegrass Cellular, and every single android phone that I have owned has been unable to send or receive multimedia messages. The phones that have had these issues: Samsung Galaxy S4 & S5, Google Pixel.

Not sure how to fix this, but any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried putting in all the right protocols manually?

You have to Google how to do it. Look for your networks APN settings. I had to do that with my Asus phone.
Most phones auto detect, but some networks or phones don't.
