USA best ping on EU servers

I'm not sure this is the right section BUT, I have a Jedi Knight: Jedi  Academy Multiplayer European league in which USA teams are also participating.

 

Question about server, on which European location would the USA teams have the best ping possible?

Probably London or Amsterdam, they have very good Internet Exchanges with the US.. :)
