can i sell my laptop without issues?

i want to sell my laptop but at the activation settings it says this: Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account

 

so can i sell it without issue or... 

 

EDIT: in case i was unclear, i mean can i sell it and will it activate without problems for the next owner. or will it only activate with my account?

Its fine, Just wipe the thing and resell it. I did that with my own laptop and its fine
