I was looking to buy for a Asrock Z370 Extreme 4 and a kit of two 4gb Ripjaws V 3200Mhz(i know it's useless all that ram speed but i'm actually looking to use it also for video editing instead of only gaming), i was checking for compatibility and i found out that on Asrock website it says those rams are not compatible while on G.skill website it says they are.

Which of the two sites should it trust? Thanks for any answers.

It's compatible. Intel chips are much less picky about the RAM than say the early days of AMD Ryzen which you pretty much had to get something on the QVL list. You'll be fine with it. The QVL list is basically "We've tested this ourselves and guarantee it 100%"
