Need help! DDU

I want to install my new 1080ti and want to delete my GPU drivers through Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). I get the notification that i need to reboot in safe mode in order to use DDU. How do I do this? DDU does not do this automatically (which i read everywhere online).
