Choice of GPU

I am just about to invest in a new GPU and i found 2 cards at the same price. Other than looks i can't seem to find any differences in the cards. Is one of these cards better than the other, or are they they same?
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Gaming

Gainward GeForce GTX 1070 Ti Phoenix

never heard of gainward and therefore wouldn't trust them. their website is generic as shit. everything seems to void their warranty

From googling they are from Palit which is a reputable brand. We dont have them in North America
