Hp pavilion Dv5 POST error

ok so i have this hp pavilion from my uncle and when i turn it on it gives me a cpu error (caps lock &numlock )blinking once,and i have ordered a new cpu(amd Turion 64x2) but the very wierd thing is that the cpu die is supposed to look like a "mirror" and that cpu looks like it foggy , and it gets super hot fast (even without the laptop posting) Any suggestions?

The CPU die is supposed to look like that, I have a Turion 64 X2 as well.

If you're powering the laptop on without cooling, then you've got a problem there. Never try to power on a system without cooling.

No im not powering the pc without cooling its that the fan is on max and the air is very hot wich its wierd (i think)
