Hey!

 

To be completely honest it is quite a unbalanced system. What does he need it for?

 

So here is what I think are the problems of that build:

1. Pairing high end cpu with slow and small capacity memory

2. That board had quite some issues in the past(i do not know if they still persist)

3. There is not a SSD included(I think that you should not build a pc without ssd nowadays)

4. The psu is fire hazard as some would call it (it is really bad)

plus there is always risk going with used.

If you want to go a bit lower you can change the ssd for kingston uv400 120 gb. It is bad but still better than hdds. I know that windows 10 also costs something. I recommend looking at kinguin for that.
