Uplay not cloud syncing.

I've been trying to find a solution to why the ubisoft Uplay won't sync my game saves to the cloud, apparently lots of people are having issues and no one seems to be getting any joy from ubisoft. 

 

I am having trouble with heroes of might and magic, anyone else having these issues?

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.
