Help needed x99

Hi all, new to the forum and currently trying to build a rig on a super second budget. Does anyone on here know of a company or individual im the UK that is able to test a i7 processor for me. I have managed to pick one up on the cheap through local selling group but don't have a compatible motherboard yet to test. What I wanted to do is potentially send it off confirm that it works before laying out cash on a new mb
