Complete Novice HTPC

Trying to figure out a pc build for me and my brother, never built a pc before we are looking to build a HTPC with blu-ray player that can be used for gaming. Prefer to spend under £500 (UK) but don't mind buying graphics card outside this budget at a later date and using just for dvds and minecraft for now. Peripherals not needed, wifi prefered but ethernet available with home modification (not ideal), looking for smooth 1080p 60fps with graphics card.

don't mind using low/medium settings on games, more interested in the game than the visuals bluetooth for xbox controller a must and using a tv for display (as implied due to being a HTPC)

This one has a dvd drive bay and doesn't seem to expensive to fit in at my price range?
