New Audio Set-up?

I have a Asus Maximus VI on board Supreme FX Audio, wondering if I should buy a Dac or Amp for upgrades?

 

 

And the second question is should I go with the

I'm curious about this too, I want to replace my logitech z506 speakers someday and I'd like to see your recommendations as well
