Have you tried booting with integrated graphics if you have any? Reseat ram? Clear cmos?

I can't even get into the BIOS so I don't know how I'd even begin to try any of that

Also afaik there are other beeps for RAM or CMOS errors

Your motherboard manual will have a guide for what beep codes mean. Also, there's troubleshooting guides as well for diagnosing a faulty system. Whether or not the system currently lets you into bios doesn't mean not to try troubleshooting steps like were suggested. Try integrated graphics first.

CPU: AMD Sempron 2400+ / MOBO: Abit NF7-S2G / GPU: WinFast A180BT 64MB / RAM: Mushkin DDR333 256MBx2 / HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 120GB
